i.park 7, located at the Merritt connector right on the Norwalk/Wilton line, is a 400,000 sq. ft. office redevelopment. It will be Leed Certified, featuring a Green Roof, low ‘e’ Energy Star™ windows, energy efficient HVAC and recycled materials.

Norwalk Hospital has leased 110,000 sq. ft. at i.park 7, known as the Health and Wellness Center of Norwalk Hospital. Disciplines within the facility include Soundview Medical (Internal Medicine), Women’s Health Care of New England, The Center for Advanced Pediatrics, The Connecticut Dermatology Group and Neuropsychology Consultants.

Within the next six months, Norwalk Hospital expects to add Cardiology Associates of Fairfield County, Podiatry, Visiting Nurses, Opthamology, Pathology and Dentistry. Norwalk Hospital has decided to commingle these like minded entities on a single campus to achieve a single goal of health and wellness.
