In one of the largest leases to take place on Long Island in more than a decade, the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System signed a 25-year lease for 500,000 square feet at i.park Lake Success on Marcus Avenue in Lake Success, NY.

To provide improved care for patients, North Shore LIJ has designed a medical mall, known as The Center for Advanced Medicine, an outpatient facility.  It includes a 23,000 square feet ambulatory surgery center. NSLIJ has also housed the Monter Cancer Center, the preeminent Long Island cancer treatment facility at 1.4 million sq. ft. in i.park Lake Success.
