Our National RE/sources (NRE) portfolio spans a broad spectrum of real estate assets including office, mixed use, industrial, and residential.
NRE has over $1 billion of current projects in the New York metro-area comprised of over 3 million sq. ft. of commercial development and 1,200 waterfront residential units. NRE is the largest private owner of Hudson River waterfront in the New York metro region with 1½ miles of shoreline. This has been achieved by strategically assembling waterfront properties that have been overlooked by other developers. As a result, NRE has created destination waterfront locations with direct access to public transportation that are unrivalled in our region.
