America's Industrial Heritage

National Resources has been a pioneer and continues to be a leader in the redevelopment of some of America's largest industrial sites. Our list of redevelopment projects reads like a history of innovation in corporate America.  From Otis Elevator to Sperry Gyroscope, from General Electric to the Lever Brothers, from Con Edison to Perkin Elmer, NRE has restored a number of the country’s most famous industrial complexes by capitalizing on existing infrastructure and the exciting urban infill locations.  Under the i.park™ brand, NRE has transformed these properties into vibrant economic engines creating some 20,000 jobs in formerly vacant space. The i.park program has transitioned these properties from their industrial heritage to modern high tech facilities to meet the needs of today’s corporate and technology users.

NRE's most notable projects are listed below with a brief history of the facilities and the original corporate ownership.
