NRE has acquired and successfully redeveloped some 15 shopping centers in 7 states. Most centers are grocery-anchored with a target size of 100,000 sq. ft. to 150,000 sq. ft. NRE continues to look for retail development opportunities in the Northeast.

Current projects include Edgewater Square, a 80,000 sq. ft. retail development in Edgewater, New Jersey.
